Our seam butchery method also differs from most other butchers or processors, allowing us to offer a wider variety of cuts and yield more steaks from your side of beef.

Once you’ve made your selections, your order & pick up date will be scheduled (usually 3-5 weeks out).

Our beef is sourced from Price Family Farm in Troy, Missouri. The raise their beeves on pasture using sustainable farming practices.

No. The free-choice grain ration offered to the beeves is free of any antibiotics or steroids.

The beef is raised on pasture, with a grain-choice offered for the last 3-4 months. By offering grain-choice for the final months, you’ll get great marbling & flavor.

The price is based on the hanging weight of the cow, the processing option you choose & what special cuts you add for your order.
The price starts at $8.35/lb ($5.85/lb price of beef + $2.50 processing fee) for a freezer paper wrapped steer. Additional processing options & special cut options are also available to choose.

A quarter cow is typically 200-250 lbs & half cow is 400-450 lbs hanging weight.
